Multi use spring wave washer. When used at the centerstand pivot point, this washer maintains a bit of pressure on the centerstand to create drag so it doesn't flop up and down against the spring while you're riding down the road. Used on all Big Twin models with a factory center stand up through 2003.
Also used for securing the camshaft nut on most all Big Twin models up through the current California 1400 series. Exceptions are Daytona 1000, Centauro, DaytonaRS, MGS01.
